Late sculptor Ken Price has two blockbuster shows on view in New York, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Drawing Center.
Ken Price Sculpture: A Retrospective (previously shown at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center) features the artist’s ceramic sculptures, that span his 50 year career.
While The Drawing Center exhibition “Slow and Steady Wins the Race,” is the first survey of Ken Price’s drawings — including 65 drawings the artist produced between 1962 - 2010.
